1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the My Tactical Advantage LLC website (www.mytacticaladvantageonline.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Service
My Tactical Advantage LLC provides comprehensive fitness and martial arts training services, including:
• Kids martial arts classes focusing on confidence building and anti-bullying skills
• Adult self-defense and close combat training
• Personal fitness training programs
• Self-defense seminars
• 24/7 fitness club access with exclusive member-only privileges • MMA, martial arts, kickboxing, and BJJ instruction
• Specialized combat techniques training (stand-up, ground defense, armed and unarmed tactics)
3. User Responsibilities and Conduct
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and update it as needed
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your login
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
In our facilities, classes, seminars, and online spaces, you also agree to:
• Treat all staff, instructors, members, and guests with respect
• Follow instructor guidance, class protocols, and posted facility rules
• Use equipment properly and prioritize safety for yourself and others
• Refrain from harassing, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior
4. Age Restrictions
• Users under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use our services
• Parents/guardians are responsible for their minor children's use of our facilities and services
• Specific age requirements may apply to different programs and will be clearly communicated
5. Facility Access and Rules
Our Fitness and Training facility operates under strict member guidelines:
• 24/7 gym access is restricted to members with active regular memberships; discounted 24/7 rates apply only to active regular members
• Non-members and individuals not under an active membership must complete a required evaluation and training phase before any 24/7 access is granted
• Proper identification must be presented upon request
• All facility rules and posted guidelines must be followed
• Members are responsible for guest conduct and must accompany guests at all times
• My Tactical Advantage LLC may cancel or suspend 24/7 access at any time for any reason, including rule violations, safety, or operational needs
6. Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Safety
**IMPORTANT NOTICE: Martial arts, fitness training, and combat sports involve inherent risks including but not limited to serious bodily injury. By participating in our programs, you:**
• Acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical training and martial arts
• Understand that injuries may occur despite safety precautions
• Agree to follow all instructor guidance and safety protocols
• Confirm you are physically capable of participating in chosen activities
• Release and hold harmless My Tactical Advantage LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of participation, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, where such release is permitted by law
7. Health and Medical Considerations
• You are in good physical condition and health
• You have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation • You will consult with a physician before beginning any new fitness program
• You will immediately inform instructors of any health concerns or limitations
8. Membership, Fees & Payment Terms
• Memberships and service packages are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared
• Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, memberships are month-to-month. My Tactical Advantage LLC reserves the right to offer and create new membership types (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, annual) at any time
• All fees are due as specified in your membership or service agreement
• Payment methods and schedules vary by program and may include auto-renewal where authorized by you
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access
• Prices and fees are subject to change with appropriate notice • Taxes, processing fees, and assessments (if applicable) are your responsibility
• 2-week trial is for new members only, can be purchased once per individual, and is non-refundable
• Any free uniform or gear offer is contingent on signing a full-term membership and making the first membership payment
9. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation policies vary by program and membership type; advance notice may be required
• Except where required by law, fees paid are non-refundable; no refunds for partial periods or unused sessions
• Refund policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase • To cancel any auto-renewing membership, follow the instructions in your agreement and provide the required notice
• Some programs may be non-refundable due to limited capacity or scheduling commitments
10. Limitation of Liability
**TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY TACTICAL ADVANTAGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:**
• Any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from use of our services • Theft or damage to personal property
• Interruption or unavailability of services
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11. Prohibited Uses
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm others, or incite violence
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized commercial communications
• Infringe or misappropriate others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or areas you are not authorized to use
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without our written permission • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the website or facilities
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Bring prohibited items or weapons into the facility contrary to posted rules or instructor direction
12. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on our website, in our facilities, and in our training materials—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and curricula—is owned by or licensed to My Tactical Advantage LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access the site and materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Our names, logos, and marks may not be used without our prior written consent.
13. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Members and visitors should review the Privacy Policy page on our website for details on what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
14. Photography and Video Release
By using our services, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional, instructional, and security purposes. You grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
15. Equipment Use
• All equipment must be used as intended and according to posted instructions
• Users are responsible for returning equipment to designated areas
• Damaged or malfunctioning equipment must be reported immediately
• Misuse of equipment may result in membership termination
16. Modification/Suspension of Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, classes, programs, schedules, or facility access (including for maintenance, safety, legal, or business reasons) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Termination
We may terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or behavior that endangers the safety or enjoyment of others.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Our main operations are in Detroit, Michigan.
